Front Desk Receptionist – Cosmetic Surgery Practice (Vienna, VA)
We are a trusted cosmetic and plastic surgery practice in Vienna, Virginia, with over 25 years of patient care. We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and bilingual (Spanish-English) front desk receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who lives within 20–30 minutes of Vienna, is motivated to build a long-term career, and takes pride in professionalism and patient service.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Schedule appointments and encourage callers to come in for consultations.
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow office procedures.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Lives near Vienna, VA (20–30 min commute or less).
- Prior customer service or medical front desk experience preferred.
- Strong punctuality, discipline, and work ethic.
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
